Overview of the MS program

Our faculty prescribes to the Academy of Human Resource Development's standards on Ethics and Integrity, and Graduate Program Excellence.

UNT offers students a Master of Science degree in Workforce Learning & Performance (WFLP). It is a 100% Internet-based degree: there are no on-campus classroom sessions!

The Master of Science degree with a major in Workforce Learning & Performance is designed for those professionals who are seeking careers in the field of training and development. This 36 semester hour program consists of coursework in needs analysis and training analysis, introduction to training and development, facilitation skills, research, diversity, curriculum theory, and program evaluation.

A student may enroll for one semester without an approved GRE score. Students must submit evidence of academic performance (more information regarding requirements) or a GRE score before being officially admitted to the Master's.
